Detailed battery readings, charger names, and detailed charging-session data are not sent to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics as analytics content.
Vizo does not require you to create an account.
3. Apple Shortcuts
Vizo can integrate with Apple’s Shortcuts app.
If you choose to configure the optional automations suggested by Vizo, Shortcuts may provide information to Vizo such as the battery level when a charger is connected or disconnected.
These automations are optional and are designed to improve the accuracy of charging information available inside the app.
4. Analytics and App Usage Data
Vizo uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and to improve its features and user experience.
Firebase Analytics may process information such as:
-
app usage events;
-
interactions with screens and features;
-
app launches and sessions;
-
Free or Pro status;

events related to the purchase flow;

approximate geographic location derived from network information.
Vizo does not use this information for personalized advertising and does not use Firebase Analytics to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Firebase may use installation identifiers to associate events with the same app installation.
More information is available in Google’s Firebase privacy documentation:
https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
5. Crash and Diagnostic Data
Vizo uses Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, non-fatal errors, and technical problems and to improve the stability and reliability of the app.
Crashlytics may collect information including:
-
crash stack traces;
-
app version;
-
device model;
-
operating system version;
-
technical installation identifiers;
-
crash timestamps;
-
technical information about the state of the app;
-
non-fatal errors recorded by the app.
When Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are used together, Crashlytics may also receive information about app events that occurred before a crash to help diagnose the issue.
This information is used only for diagnostics, maintenance, and improvement of Vizo.
6. In-App Purchases
Vizo Pro is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase using Apple StoreKit and the App Store.
Apple processes the payment directly.
Vizo does not receive or store:
-
credit or debit card numbers;
-
bank account details;
-
complete payment-method information.
The app receives only the information from Apple that is necessary to determine whether Vizo Pro has been purchased and to restore previous purchases.
Some information relating to the purchase process may also be recorded through Firebase Analytics in order to understand and improve the purchase flow.
7. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Vizo may use them to provide battery and charging-related summaries and alerts.
Depending on the features you enable, these may include:
-
charging-session summaries;
-
low estimated battery-time alerts;
